Name: Velourio The Silver Wizard of Ice, or just Vel
Age: He is Immortal, but was created by Ulmo, Lord of Waters, on the 21 of December, 3021 T.A.(this day was the winter solstice of the year Gandalf left)
Gender: Male
Clothes: Velourio wears a robe made of an unknown silver fabric. Made inside the hoodded robe is a layer of the Dwarven chain-mail, mithril. Velourio also has enchanted gloves made of ice and enchanted leather boots made of ice.
Hair: Snow white is the color of his hair. His hair is kept at shoulder hight.
Eyes: He has silver eyes.
Past: After his creation at Midgewater Volourio started to study ice magic there and created his enchanted gloves and boots. When he became a great wizard, there was no one to watch the Hobbits because Gandalf left, so he became the new protector of the hobbits. He built a home in the Old Forest, near the river, and started to go to Bree, Hobbiton, and the Downs. After he introduced himself to all the hobbits but the Hobbits of Gladden Fields, he watched over them while he joined the Rangers of the North. Soon after he joined the Rangers, Rhundaur was being attacked by Hill-Trolls. Velourio along with many Rangers helped drive them away. Later, he protected the dwarfs of the Blue Mountains from cave-trolls and as a reward the dwarfs gave him his robe. Closer to the present, Rivendell was being attacked by trolls from the Trollshaws; he helped hear to. Also when the Dark Lady and her orcs came to the Shire (see Filburt Bangles Inferno's character) Velourio tried but failed to defeat them and lost a good friend, Filburt Bangles. After he lost his friend he left his home and moved to Isengard to watch the Ents of Treegarth of Orthanc. There he was named Velourio the Silver Wizard of Ice by the White Council. He has been in many battles in Middle-Earth and still fights for good.

Birth place: He was created at Midgewater, east of Bree, by Ulmo, and this is where Velourio was named The Ice Wizard.
Weapons: Unlike most wizards he does not have a staff, but Velourio does use magic as a weapon. The magic he is most educated in is ice magic. Also he fights with his enchanted ice gloves and boots that, if touched, freezes things.
