Shurgurt treked through the underbrush of Ithilian. The orcs he had brought with him to retrieve a fell beast for his mistress had gone ahead with the beast while he stayed behind to prevent anyone from following. He drew his sword from it's sheath and hacked through some thick vines. He tensed, a snaping of twigs ws comeing from his right. He turned to face the sound and prepared to attack if it was a threat.

Idril charged toward Shurgurt She drew her sword from its sheath and began taking down the small army of orcs, one by one. As she turned to attack Shurgurt, an orc who Idril thought was dead sliced her in the arm. She was in pain, but she still easily killed the last orc. She looked back at Shurgurt and swung her sword at him as hard as she could...

He paried the blow with ease and swung at the elfs legs but at the last second brought it around at twords her head.

Idril quickly ducked, and Shurgurt only left a scratch on her face. She jumped into a nearby tree and began shooting him with her bow.

He caught the bolts on his sheild and cut the branch with his sword. WHild the elf was on the ground he took a vitious overhand strike at her.

Idril quickly rolled to the side, though Shurgurt managed to slice the side of her arm...with both her arms wounded, she knew she was at a disadvantage, but because she was stubborn, she jumped back up and took another swing at Shurgurt.

Shurgurt leaned to the side and smashed his sheild into teh elfs face.

Idril nearly fainted after Shurgurt bashed her face. She quickly punched him in the stomach with the rest of her strength. Shurgurt was in pain, but not for long, and Idril knew it, so she ran to her horse as fast as she could and rode away, for one more blow could kill her.
